If you're looking for the perfect pairing, one of our Sommeliers is always available to assist you with a selection from our cellar. Our collection includes hand selected ‘Grower' Champagnes, outstanding Burgundy vintners, traditional Napa Valley Cabernets as well as eclectic boutique California producers, classic Italian reds and cutting edge Canadian wines. State of the art enomatic machines ensure that we always offer our guests the perfect pour of our 40 wines by the glass, that span from delicious Rose, Whites, Sparkling, Reds, Dessert and Fortified styles.
