We’ve developed policies and procedures to elevate our existing high standards that meet or exceed the provincial targets.

Guest Health and Safety:

  • We are making our dining experiences as contactless as possible upon request
  • We have modified our menu so it can be viewed directly from your phone
  • Guests will be given single use sanitizer packets to use at their discretion
  • Floor decals indicating flow and appropriate social distancing have been added
  • We’ve increased sanitation of our restrooms and upgraded them to minimize contact with surfaces. We’ve also put in place an occupancy policy
  • All doors have been propped open where possible
  • Hand sanitizer stations are easily accessible for guests and employees alike
  • Guest PPE available upon request
  • We have limited our capacity we will be seating guests with 6’ distance between tables
  • Payment devices will be cleaned and sanitized after each use

Overall Cleanliness:

  • We have added frequent sanitization of high touch areas with a dedicated team member
  • We have added a deep clean and sanitization daily every evening in addition to our regular nightly cleaning
  • We are using cleaning products certified to eradicate viruses such as COVID 19
  • Our tables will not have plates, rollups or condiments on them until requested to ensure proper health and safety standards are met
  • Gloves will be worn for take out, table cleaning, garbage removal and handling of dirty dishware
  • We have prepared our restaurants with the right tools to respond quickly to emerging developments

Team Member Health and Safety

  • Team member social distancing policy during shifts and staggered start and break times
  • Our team will undergo a rigorous health and safety training upon their return
  • All team members will be provided with a mask to be worn at all times and gloves as needed
  • We have empowered our team members to choose to stay home if they feel unwell or have come into contact with someone who is unwell
  • We will not permit anyone showing any signs or symptoms
  • Our team members will sanitize their hands after each guest interaction and thoroughly wash their hands, and sanitize once they remove their gloves
